GPX video editor
01 / Add your files
Get a GPX of your run
Choose your watch app. The pictures illustrate the menu path; the exact screens may look different.
02 / Sync & style
Cadence shows steps per minute across both feet. One-leg GPX readings are doubled; files already reporting both feet stay as recorded. If the file has no cadence readings, it stays hidden. Pace and speed can be calculated from your route.
The graph follows the current part of your GPX route, independent of the metrics above.
Colours follow % of max HR: blue easy, green steady, lime moderate, orange hard, red very hard. Set your measured max if known.
03 / Export settings
Bring your pace, heart rate and climb into the frame. Your video is rendering now.
Your files stay in your browser. On iPhone, export in Safari, tap Share / AirDrop, then choose Save Video for Photos or an AirDrop recipient. MP4 availability depends on your browser. High quality uses more processing power and storage; a lower-resolution source will be enlarged, not made sharper.
Live preview
If your clip begins 12:30 into your run, set this to 12:30. The overlay will show GPX data from that moment, even after you trim the video.
Frame & overlay
Tap the overlay to adjust it. Drag a corner to make it smaller or bigger; pull a side to reshape it. Tap elsewhere to hide the handles.
Split the video, then choose a transition to preview it at a cut.
Export joins the kept slices. GPX timing follows the original video.
The playback slider shows the kept montage. The editor timeline shows positions in the original video.
